Are all parking lots supported?
PassportParking supports many parking lots, but not all of them support the software. Users can find nearby parking lots in the app and learn about their support.
How do I add a payment method?
Users can add payment methods, such as credit cards or Alipay, to the PassportParking app. Follow the app's instructions and enter the appropriate payment information.
Can I pre-park?
PassportParking does not currently support the function of booking parking Spaces. Users can choose a suitable parking lot based on real-time parking information, but can not book a specific parking space in advance.
Can I apply for parking reimbursement?
PassportParking records the user's parking history and payment details, and users can provide relevant records to apply for reimbursement of parking expenses.
Does it support multiple cities and countries?
The scope of PassportParking's services is constantly expanding, supporting multiple cities and countries. Users can find parking and service information in a specific area within the app.
