Create or log in to an Oculus account

Create or log in to your Oculus account in the Meta Quest app. This will allow you to access and manage your virtual reality content.

In the Meta Quest app, you can browse a variety of apps and games. Select the content you are interested in from the different categories and download and install according to the instructions.

 Experience virtual reality

Put on your Oculus Quest headset and launch the Meta Quest app. Follow the on-screen instructions to set up and calibrate, and then you can enter the virtual reality world to experience a variety of apps and games.
