While waiting for the driver to accept the ride-hailing request, you can cancel the request through the app. Open the app and click the "Cancel" button.

On the main screen of the application, click the menu icon (usually three horizontal lines or a person's avatar) and select the "Trip History" option. You can view past trips and receipts.
